GIE is hiring! Two positions have been opened at GIE Secretariat.

We are looking for a Data & IT Specialist who will be GIE Data Protection Officer, will support and work closely with GIE Chief Technology Officer (CTO), be the main point of contact for Joomla developer and GIE platforms REMIT / AGSI+ / ALSI, this is a great opportunity to be in an international and dynamic environment with a multicultural setting! High affinity to accurateness and to work with databases is required.

 

The second position is a supporting one, Junior Assistant. this role enlists supporting meetings/events, booking, arranging meeting rooms, ordering and preparing lunches, supporting accounting / banking, arranging business trips by organizing transportation / hotels / restaurants for lunches and dinners, performing general office administration. Fluency in French and English both written and spoken, excellent state of the art MS Office 365 skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and excellent interpersonal skills in person, by e-mail and by phone are required.
